The Santiago del Teide City Council, through its Responsible Youth Plan, is organizing the free 2026 Summer Camp for Responsible and Caring Youth, which is aimed at young people registered as residents and enrolled in school in the municipality, aged between 12 and 16. The camp will be held at the Tamaimo Youth Center.
The camp, which will run from July 1st to August 31st, has limited spaces and will take place from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., including lunch. It will offer activities of social and community interest that promote values, culture, and personal growth through volunteer work committed to the community. Furthermore, it will help parents to better balance their work and family life.
The goal is for young people in the municipality to acquire meaningful learning experiences, assimilating knowledge and values through group activities and experiences so they can learn to work as a team, making the most of each individual's qualities and abilities.
