Santiago del Teide welcomes Christmas with the traditional Christmas lighting

 

Today, Friday, December 1, the traditional lighting of the Santiago del Teide Christmas luminary took place in the Plaza Buganvilla de Los Gigantes, in which the Santiago del Teide Lions Club participated.

 

This event attended by a large crowd of people marks the beginning of the festive activities and activities planned by the city council for the upcoming Christmas holidays.

 

The mayor, Emilio Navarro and members of the Lions Club were in charge of lighting the Christmas luminary, which was attended by different members of the government group.

 

The program included a performance by singer Miriam Bienes and a performance by the Mlou Gospel Choir.
