Athletic Club Bilbao Champions of the 1st Santiago del Teide National Youth Football Tournament
They defeated Real Madrid 4-3 in a hard-fought final.
The Athletic Club Bilbao youth team was crowned champion of the 1st Santiago del Teide National Youth Football Tournament 2026 last weekend after an intense final against Real Madrid, which was decided in the final minutes in favor of the Basque team by a score of 4-3.
In the silver final, played between CD Tenerife and UD Las Palmas, the victory went to the yellow team, while the bronze final was played between the Santiago del Teide Municipal School and UD Matanza Culegas, with the team from northern Tenerife ultimately emerging victorious.
The final standings of the tournament were as follows:
*Gold Champion: Athletic Club Bilbao
*Gold Runner-up: Real Madrid
*Silver Champion: UD Las Palmas
*Silver Champion: *Silver Runner-Up: C.D. Tenerife.
