Our Travel Service is available for personal, non-commercial use only. 2. Pricing
The prices offered by the Travel Providers on our Platform are very competitive. All prices for your Trip are shown including VAT / sales taxes and any other taxes (subject to changes in said taxes), unless otherwise indicated on our Platform or in the confirmation ticket / email . Ticket prices are per person or group and are subject to the validity indicated on the ticket, if applicable. Fees and taxes (including tourism / municipal) may be collected by the Travel Provider in case of no-show or cancellation.
Sometimes on our Platform there is a cheaper rate for a specific service, product or stay. However, these rates made available by Travel Providers may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example regarding cancellation and reimbursement. Check the data and conditions of the reservation, the corresponding service or product in detail to know the conditions before making the reservation.
We want you to pay the best possible price for the product or service you have chosen. The currency exchange is for informational purposes only. It does not show an accurate or up-to-date amount as exchange rates may vary.
Obvious errors (including misprints) are not binding.
All special offers and promotions are marked as such. If they are not marked as such, you cannot derive any responsibility in case of obvious errors.
Offer from a partner
Quepasahub.com may show offers that are not from Travel Providers, but from a company that collaborates with Quepasahub.com, such as another platform (Offer from a partner). Offers from a partner will be clearly displayed and distinguished from other offers from Travel Providers and will have the special conditions mentioned below, unless otherwise specified on our Platform:

4. Free service for users
Unless otherwise stated, our service is free for users because, unlike others, we do not charge you for our Travel Service or add (reservation) supplements to the price. You will pay the Travel Provider the amount indicated in the Travel Reservation (in addition to charges not included in the price, such as relevant applicable taxes, tax receipts and supplements (if applicable)).
Travel Providers pay a commission (a small percentage of the product price (eg room price)) to Quepasahub.com after the end user has made use of the Travel Provider's service or product (eg after that the client has hosted (and paid for) the accommodation). Travel Providers can improve their position in the ranking by increasing their commission (Extra Visibility). The use of the Extra Visibility (increasing the amount of the commission for a better position in the ranking) is at the discretion of each Travel Provider and can be used from time to time and depending on the product offered. Only Travel Providers that have a business relationship with Quepasahub.com(through a contract) will appear available on the Platform (for the promotion of their B2B and / or B2C product). Quepasahub.com is not an open platform (like Amazon or eBay) on which users can advertise their products (it is not a C2C platform); Quepasahub.com does not allow non-professional parties to offer or sell its products on or through Quepasahub.com.
5. Credit card or bank transfer
If applicable and available, some Travel Providers offer the ability to pay for Travel Reservations (in whole or in part, depending on the Travel Provider's payment terms) to the Travel Provider during the Travel Reservation process using a secure online payment system (as long as your bank offers and supports it). In order to properly complete and secure your Travel Reservation, you need to use a correct email address. We are not responsible for (and do not have any obligation to verify) any errors or misspellings in the email address or any telephone number (mobile) or credit card number that is inaccurate or erroneous.
Any complaint or claim against Quepasahub.com or with respect to the Travel Service it provides must be made immediately, or at most, within 30 days after the expected date of consumption of the product or service (for example, the date output).
