Nearly 250 swimmers will participate this Saturday in the XXVII edition of the Santiago del Teide Swim Crossing
The departure from La Arena beach will take place from 5:30 p.m. according to the different categories in the running.
About 250 swimmers will participate this Saturday, July 6, from 5:30 p.m. in the “XXVII edition of the Santiago del Teide Swimming Crossing” that will start at La Arena beach and finish at Puerto beach. from Santiago.
The test route will be approximately 950 meters and each participant will have 45 minutes to swim.
First, swimmers who present some type of functional diversity will start. Next, the male categories will appear and, later, the female categories, with their qualifiers within each age category.
After the arrival of the last participant, the departures for the children's categories will take place. For all participants, the use of a hat will be mandatory from the moment of departure until arrival at the finish line.
The organization will have a stand on La Arena beach itself this Saturday, July 6, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. to collect the bibs.
