The City Council opens the deadline to apply for aid for the primary sector of the municipality
The application period will be open until next March 22 and the amount of the subsidy that each beneficiary will receive will be up to a maximum of €2,750
The City Council of Santiago del Teide announces that until next March 22, the deadline will be open to request aid for the primary sector of the municipality that aims to be an effective instrument both to increase and promote the development of activities in the sector and to support the already existing activity, providing and favouring the optimal functioning for its growth and continuity.

A maximum of 2,750.00 euros.
Natural or legal persons who are active in the primary sector and accredit the following general requirements may attend this call:
-Be registered in the Municipal Register of Inhabitants of the municipality of Santiago del Teide at least SIX MONTHS before the publication of these rules and exercise the activity in this municipality.
-Have the registered office of the Entity in the municipality of Santiago del Teide (entity with legal personality).
-The beneficiaries must be up to date in their tax obligations, with Social Security, State and Autonomous Public Finance and Municipal Treasury and not be involved in any of the cases provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, for which purpose they will provide a Responsible Declaration.
-Be registered in the Economic Activities Tax (IAE) and in the respective special Social Security regimes.
-To have justified the financial aid previously received by the City Council of the Historic Village of Santiago del Teide.
Legal entities must submit the application at the electronic headquarters of the City Council https://sede.santiagodelteide.es, as they are obliged to interact electronically with the Administration.
Natural persons may choose between relating electronically or submitting documentation by any of the means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure:
• In the electronic registry of the Administration or Organisation to which they are addressed, as well as in the remaining electronic registries of any of the subjects referred to in article 2.1.
• In the Post Offices, in the manner established by regulation.
• In the diplomatic representations or consular offices of Spain abroad.
• In the registration assistance offices.
• In any other that establishes the current provisions.
