Playa de La Arena will host this Wednesday, May 22 and Thursday, May 23, a travelling blood donation point
The haemodonation vehicle will be present on the Avenida Marítima de Playa de La Arena
The Canary Institute of Hemodonation and Haemotherapy in collaboration with the City Council of Santiago del Teide organise a blood donation campaign in Playa de La Arena, specifically, on Avenida Marítima this Wednesday, May 22 and Thursday, May 23, where the travelling donation vehicle will be located.
In this sense, the neighbours of the municipality and the region will be able to donate blood on Wednesday, May 22 from 4:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. while on Thursday, May 23 the time for the donation will be 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3:15 p.m. to 7:10 p.m.
It is a supportive and necessary gesture to meet the demand for care of patients on the islands, so both institutions call to collaborate with such a noble cause.
