Santiago del Teide celebrates Santa Cecilia Day with the Municipal Band and the singer Gisela
The Municipal Band and the former contestant of Operación Triunfo star in the musical event that will take place this Saturday, November 23
The City Council of Santiago del Teide and the Municipal Band celebrate the Extraordinary Concert of Santa Cecilia and they do so accompanied by the singer Gisela, a former contestant of Operación Triunfo and who has currently become the voice of Disney in Spain. This unmissable appointment with music will take place this Saturday, November 23, starting at 7:00 p.m. at Plaza Buganvilla in Los Gigantes with free admission.
Santa Cecilia is the patron saint of music, a discipline that has had a great boom in the municipality in recent years. Just to note that the music school in the municipality has more than 200 students.
Gisela Lladó was born in Bruc, Barcelona. She is a Spanish singer well known for her participation in the first edition of the television program Operación Triunfo. In 2003, representing Spain, he won the Viña del Mar Festival in Chile, obtaining two Seagulls. In 2008, he represented the Principality of Andorra in the Eurovision Song Contest. Throughout his career he has released seven albums.
Gisela is the voice of the main songs of several Disney movies, such as Frozen: The Ice Kingdom, Enchanted: The Story of Giselle, Peter Pan and Return to Neverland, Disenchanted and the Universal Pictures film, Barbie, the Princess and the Seamstress. He has also voiced the characters of Elsa from Frozen in Spain, interpreting in Spanish the central themes of the short films Frozen Fever, Frozen: An Adventure of Olaf and the film Frozen 2.
