The mayor presents the 28º edition of the Almond Blossom Campaign 2025
It will take place from February 1 to March 4
The mayor, Emilio Navarro, presented this morning, January 21, a new edition of the Almond Blossom Campaign 2025, which on this occasion fulfils its 28º edition through a program that will integrate a wide number of routes, musical and revitalisation performances, photography contest, workshops, as well as a folk festival and a gastronomic route around the almond, among many other activities that will take place from February 1 to March 4.
Thus, in this presentation appeared the mayor, as well as the Councillor for Culture, David Quintero, the Councillor for Commerce, Germán Jiménez and Luz Goretti Gorrín, Councillor for the Environment, who presented the information about the different routes integrated into our network of trails and broke down the activities that will make up this new edition of the aforementioned campaign, which will again have its famous gastronomic route and that, as a whole, every year has been reinforcing its consolidation as one of the most relevant initiatives of the municipality from a tourist, cultural and commercial point of view.
Finally, the mayor, Emilio Navarro, pointed out that "one more year, the flowering of our almond trees and our incredible scenic beauty at this time of year have returned to bear fruit, consolidating from the different areas of the City Council a campaign that will have a wide deployment of routes, cultural, commercial and gastronomic activities that will turn our municipality during the next month of February into the focus from which neighbours and visitors of all ages can enjoy this spectacle of nature that we have the privilege of possessing in Santiago del Teide, and to which we invite you to enjoy Of all its splendour with the utmost responsibility and protection of our environment and natural wealth."
