The Santiago del Teide Town Hall has opened registration for the 21st edition of the Subida del Panadero Vertical Race, which will take place on August 8th, starting at 6:00 PM.
The race will begin in the Plaza Abelardo González in Tamaimo, heading towards El Retamar, then passing through Las Manchas, and finishing in Arguayo, specifically in the town square.
The race covers a total distance of 5,300 meters. In this regard, registration is now open at a price of €10 for the general public, and free for residents of the municipality. Register via the following link:

Only those 16 years of age or older may register on the day of the race. Minors must submit a completed parental authorization form, which can be found on the council's website.
This is one of the oldest mountain races in Tenerife, taking place in an unparalleled natural setting: the climb from Tamaimo towards El Retamar, where you are enveloped by lush vegetation. The arrival at the high area of Las Manchas where you can appreciate the views towards the island of La Gomera and the Santiago del Teide Valley and, finally, the descent towards Arguayo accompanied by the imposing Roque de Arguayo.
