A total of 12 restaurants and 8 wineries will participate in the Tapas and Wines event
The same will take place this Saturday, December 3, in the Plaza de Puerto de Santiago from 7:00 p.m.
The City Council of Santiago del Teide has organised the XI edition of the gastronomic event "Un Acantilado de Sabores 2022" which, as is traditional, will end with Tapas and Wines and will bring together 12 establishments dedicated to the restoration of Santiago del Teide and 8 wineries belonging to different regulatory councils on the island.
Tapas y Vinos will take place this Saturday, December 3, from 7:00 p.m. in the Plaza de Puerto de Santiago although throughout the day of Saturday different gastronomic workshops will be held in which they will have to register in advance and in which local chefs will participate together with other chefs from the island.
In this sense, the restaurant establishments of the municipality that will participate in Tapas and Wines will be: Pizza Taxi, Tasca Donde Tato, La Quinta Restaurante, Aqua, Restaurante Pejeverde Los Gigantes, Restaurante Pancho, Pepi Vintage Room Tenerife, Restaurante Flor del Drago, Tasca Juanito, Heladería Crepería Cositas, Restaurante Santiago del Teide and Pizzeria Bella Napoli.
As for the participating wineries, they are the following: Bodega Reverón, Bodegas Insulares Tenerife, Bodega Cumbres de Abona, Bodega La Vera, Bodega La Viñita, Mencey Chasna, Bodega Vera La Fuente and Bodega Viña Engracia.
The macro-event Un Acantilado de Sabores 2022 is organised by the City Council of Santiago del Teide in collaboration with the Government of the Canary Islands -Comercio de Canarias-; Cabildo de Tenerife; Pesca Artesanal; FAUCA -Federation of Urban Areas of the Canary Islands- and ASEMTEIDE.
