The City Council of Santiago del Teide has announced the granting of subsidies for the renovation of furniture and signage on terraces in commercial, service and hospitality establishments, thus offering an incentive that contributes to the economic reactivation and job creation at the municipal level. For it, the consistory will allocate a budget amounting to 80,000 euros and the term will be open until August 10.
It should be noted that, through this call for aid, the aim is to increase the competitiveness of commercial, service and hospitality establishments located in the municipality, improving the quality and infrastructure of commercial premises, homogenizing the furniture of the terraces in the establishments hoteliers, adapt the facilities to the requirements established in the Municipal Ordinance regulating the occupation of public domain with accessory facilities linked to restaurant and hotel elements and thereby obtain an attractive offer, generating a differentiated commercial and leisure complex in the areas
commercial premises in Santiago del Teide, seeking to ensure that the premises (commercial and catering) achieve differentiated quality in various areas: accessibility, modernity, quality of service and customer service, adaptation to new commercial, technological, communication trends, competitiveness, ease , comfort for visitors (signs, access...), etc.
Thus, in this new call, small companies with legal personality, self-employed workers or individual entrepreneurs and joint ventures that carry out their activity in fixed establishments located in the municipality of Santiago del Teide, have a valid license or supporting document may attend. of having presented the declaration responsible for the start of economic activity, among other requirements (see the bases).
