The city council puts out to tender the construction of 8 officially protected homes in Arguayo

The Santiago del Teide City Council has put out to tender the construction of 8 officially protected homes in the town of Arguayo financed by the program to combat depopulation in rural areas, Canary Islands Housing Plan 2020-2025 of the Canary Housing Institute and by the Insular Activa Housing 2024 Program of the Island Council of Tenerife.
The estimated value of the contract amounts to €1,334,344.82, with an execution period of 10 months and the presentation of offers through the Public Sector Contracting Platform ends at 5:00 p.m. on October 9.
The project contemplates the execution of a set of 8 officially protected semi-detached houses divided into two phases. Phase I corresponding to the homes numbered 1,2,3 and 4 while phase II corresponds to the homes numbered 5,6,7 and 8. The intervention to be carried out is located on El Amparo street s/n and facing the TF-375.
Mayor Emilio Navarro points out that “we comply with the demands that our neighbors make to us at all times. That is why we have taken the reins on the matter, in this case in terms of housing that is so vital and basic today, and we have put out to tender the construction of 8 officially protected homes in Arguayo with which we want to achieve housing solutions for the families of the municipality.”
