It will take place from July 10 to September 8 at CEIP Tamaimo
The Town Hall of the Historic Village of Santiago del Teide, through the Corresponsables Plan, has organized a free urban camp aimed at young people between the ages of 12 and 16, which will take place from July 10 to September 8 at CEIP Tamaimo.
The urban camp, which has limited places, will take place from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and also includes lunch. In it, activities of social and community interest will be developed that contribute values, culture and personal growth through volunteering committed to the community. In addition, it will serve so that the parents can also, to a certain extent, reconcile their work and family life.
The objective is that the youth of the municipality acquire significant learning, assimilating knowledge and values through group activities and experiences so that they learn to work as a team, making the most of each one's qualities and abilities.
During the month of July, different workshops will be held, such as cooking, a library on the beach and a radio workshop, among others.
