The City Council of Santiago del Teide allocates € 120,000 directed to the concession of direct aid to SMEs and the self-employed by the Covid-19 pandemic.  Through this action it is intended to alleviate the impact that the pandemic of COVID-19 has left in the business of the municipality The Santiago del Teide City Council has begun the processing of the 2nd call for grants to support SMEs and workers on their own who have been affected by the economic consequences derived from the COVID-19 pandemic, an initiative for which a budget item of 120,000 euros that will derive in direct aid to the aforementioned business groups of the municipality.  Thus, starting today, Monday, August 30, you can start requesting the grants by direct award procedure after it was published in the BOP the extract of the Mayor's resolution of August 28, 2021. The Application submission period will be open until September 24.  In this sense, SMEs and self-employed in the municipality will receive a fixed amount from € 500. In addition, the Communities of Assets and Civil Societies will receive the proportional part according to the percentage of participation of each of the Community members or partners, without exceeding the amount of 500.00 euros.  They may be requested by self-employed workers, micro-enterprises as well as small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) located in Santiago del Teide; highlighting that the purpose of the aid is to cover operation derived from business activity, such as expenses social insurance; licenses for the use of computer tools and applications linked to business activity; rental of premises; fuel and expenses maintenance of vehicles, among others, that have occurred between 1 January and June 30, 2021.
