Santiago del Teide invites the public to participate in making the world's longest nougat using local products.
This sweet feat will take place on December 13th in our municipality, with a length of 1,100 meters.
The Santiago del Teide Town Hall is calling on all citizens to be part of a historic event: the creation of the world's longest nougat, a record that will be made with local products, with a special focus on almonds and honey from Santiago del Teide.
The event will take place on December 13, 2025, throughout the day, in the main square of Puerto de Santiago, where residents and visitors will come together to make a nougat 1,100 meters long and 3,366 kilos long, using local products.
To achieve this record, we need hands, energy, and enthusiasm. Anyone over 18 who wishes to participate in the process can register for their preferred time slot using the online form:
