The Mayor of the Historic Town of Santiago del Teide, Emilio Navarro, proceeded to sign, recently, the reconsideration act with which they will start, shortly, the works to improve the electrical installations of the station wastewater pumping (EBAR), located in Los Gigantes and in whose action the City Council will allocate an investment of 28,115.02 euros. Thus, it should be noted that said intervention is integrated into the framework of municipal powers with which various actions have been developed in the area, such as the intervention and supply of new equipment pumping, urbanization works where pipelines have been planned for electricity, telecommunications and public lighting, as well as replacement of sanitation collectors in the area, among others. Ultimately, through said project -which is estimated to have a term of execution of 75 days-, from the consistory it is intended to make an investment which will have an important benefit for the municipality in terms of sanitation; assuming an intervention that will provide Santiago del Teide with an improvement in terms of its sanitation and purification infrastructures sewage.
