It is intended to cover the expenses of the different household supplies of electricity, water, sewerage, etc. affected by said eviction
The Mayor of Santiago del Teide, Emilio Navarro, has held a plenary session in today, Wednesday, July 7, a motion that was approved by unanimity by all groups, consisting of approving a line of grants for families evicted by partial subsidence from Virgen del Carmen street in Puerto de Santiago. Through it, the families affected by said eviction will be able to apply for a grant to be able to pay for the different supplies of electricity, water, sewage, etc. since they lead from the last February outside their homes. Emilio Navarro, points out that "we are going to enable a game budget to activate a call for aid as soon as possible for those affected so that they can cover the different expenses of supplies they have had and will have since they had to be evicted from their dwellings. Our intention from the beginning is be at the side of the evicted families and be aware of the damage that this fact has had and has among those who occupied those houses and that have been out of them for so long. With this help line and other budget modifications that we have enabled for the works in the street and others we alleviate a little the economic burden that It involves paying the different bills that although they are not inhabited the houses have a minimum of expenses that must be faced "
