The municipality elects its Children's, Adult and Senior Romeras this Friday
The appointment will be, starting at 9:00 p.m., in the town square of Arguayo
The municipality of Santiago del Teide will elect its Children's, Adult and Senior Romera this Friday, May 10, starting at 9:00 p.m. in the town square of Arguayo in an event that is part of the events celebrating the festivities in honor of San Isidro Labrador of said town.
In total there will be 9 candidates divided into 3 children, 3 adults and 3 seniors. The child candidates are: Chloe Bencomo Rodríguez, Daniela Álvarez Rodríguez and Carla Pérez Méndez.
The candidates for Romera Adulta will be: Yubely Luis Álvarez, Florencia Pezzutti and Lara Álvarez Rodríguez while the candidates for Romera Mayor will be Lucía Correa Hernández, Mirta Luján and Margarita Hernández Fleitas.
The Romeras Election Gala will be presented by Gilberto Isande and directed by Williams Luis Alonso, with musical entertainment by A.F. Roots of Santiago del Teide and the Folk Dance Workshops of Santiago del Teide.
