Four companies opted for the drafting of the PGOU of Santiago del Teide: Urbanfix S.L.P, which obtained the highest score on the hiring for being the most advantageous offer for the interests municipal; U.T.E CabreraFebles + Enviro + Díaz + Giur + Silva; Buro4 Arquitectos SLP + Ingeagua S.L. and the company Álvarez y De Miguel Arquitectos SLP that was, finally, excluded.
