Winners of the XXXVIII edition of the “Rincones de Santiago” Painting and Photography Contest
The Santiago del Teide City Council has named the winners of the XXXVIII edition of the “Rincones de Santiago” Photography and Painting Contest, whose jury's decision was recently read prior to the closing ceremony of the Patron Saint Festivities. in Honor of Santiago Apóstol 2024.
Thus, in the “Photography” category, the first prize, valued at 300 euros, went to Juan Oliva González with his work titled “Preserving Tradition.” The second prize, worth 200 euros, went to Gabriela Alejandra Mosqueda Escalona with the photograph titled “Under the Golden Light” and, finally, Moisés Pérez Fernández took the third prize – valued at 150 euros – with her photograph “Luz entre Montañas ”.
As for the “Painting” category, the prizes were as follows: the first prize, with an amount of 759.49 euros, went to José Ramón León Hernández with the painting titled "El Valle de Santiago." The second prize, worth 300 euros, went to Laura Padrón Herrera with her work titled "La Ruta de los Almendros" while the third prize, worth 150 euros, went to Gabriela Alejandra Mosqueda Escalona, with the work titled "Serenity".
