Santiago del Teide organizes the V edition of the Contest for the Construction of Artisanal Carriages of San Andrés

The deadline for registration will be until 9:00 p.m. on November 28

The Santiago del Teide City Council communicates that the deadline for the registration of the V Edition of the San Andrés 2022 Artisanal Cartbar Contest is already open in the town of Aguayo on November 29 from 4:00 p.m.

In this contest that will have the maximum registration period at 9:00 p.m. on November 28, those young residents of Santiago del Teide who are between 4 and 11 years in the children's category, 12 and 18 years in the category may participate in the category youth as well as 19 and 30 years in the adult category.

Thus, the theme of the contest will be free, although in the design, although it can be carried out with any material, the use of pyrotechnic elements or any other nature that may entail the minimum risk of causing any damage or injury to any person or element. In the same way, it should be noted that the rules of the contest will admit the use of structures or mechanisms with or without wheels - not motorized - that facilitate displacement.

Thus, the following prizes will be determined - obtaining the two prizes in the same category is not compatible:

 

* Best children's design (from 4 to 11 years old): Lot of teaching material worth €100.00.

 

* Best youth design (from 12 to 18 years old): Prize 150.00 euros.

 

* Best adult design (from 19 to 30 years old): Prize 150.00 euros.

 

* Prize for the "fastest" (from 12 years): Prize 150.00 euros.
