The city council organizes sacred music recitals in the different municipal parishes
On the occasion of Holy Week and the Lent period, the Santiago del Teide City Council organizes sacred music recitals that will take place in the different municipal parishes.
The program begins this Friday, March 22, starting at 7:00 p.m., with a concert by the Municipal Band of Santiago del Teide in the San Fernando Rey Parish of Santiago del Teide during the reading of the proclamation of Easter week.
The next day, Saturday, March 23, from 6:30 p.m. in the Nuestra Señora del Carmen Parish in Puerto de Santiago, there will be a concert by the Trombone Trio “Drei Equali” formed by Efraín Mesa Morales, Adán Pérez García and Alejandro Suárez Hernández who will offer a musical show aimed at publicizing the possibilities that the trombone has and unclassifying it as an accompanying instrument.
On Sunday, March 24, starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Nuestra Señora de Candelaria Parish in Arguayo, a concert by violagambist Yurena Darias is scheduled.
Finally, on Tuesday, March 26, starting at 8:00 p.m. at the Santa Ana Parish in Tamaimo, there will be a concert by the group "Trío Angelicus" formed by Sally Li (soprano), Vitalie Rotaru (piano) and Ewa Moszczynska (violin) who distinguish her repertoire thanks to the fusion of an ethereal voice and the rich sound of string instruments.
