The Mayor, Emilio Navarro, welcomed this Tuesday 29 of June the second group of employees to be inserted for work thanks to a total annual investment of € 300,000.  The Santiago del Teide City Council has made the contracting, starting, Tuesday, June 29, and for the next six months, from 28 unemployed people in the municipality, through the Extraordinary Social Employment Program  2021, which is part of the Agreement- Collaboration framework between the Canary Islands Employment Service (SCE) and the Canary Federation of Municipalities (Fecam).  This group of workers corresponds to the second phase of a total of 57 unemployed people who will be inserted, labor, during the course of this year 2021. This program benefits from a total municipal investment of € 300,000 and a subsidy from the SCE of € 215,543.25 for the entire agreement.  Emilio Navarro was accompanied in the presentation of the agreement of the Councilor for Employment, Krysten Martín, the Councilor for Works and services, Guillermo Évora yu of the Councilors of the Interior and Social Services, Noelia Beatriz González and Tania Cuadrado.  The professional categories of the 28 people employed are: 2 Aux.  administrative, 1 Home Assistant, 4 Bricklayers, 9 Laborers of the construction, 1 Chainsaw pruner, 2 Horticultural laborers- gardening, 5 farm laborers, 3 cleaning staff and a janitor.  The Mayor, Emilio Navarro indicates that "the city council has carried out a great economic effort to increase investment destined to the employment plans with the SCE knowing that given the delicate current situation, many people have difficult access to the market work and this, although little, supposes a small accolade"
