The city council presents the gastronomic days within the event Un Acantilado de Sabores

 

The days composed of different workshops will take place throughout Saturday, December 3, in the public square of Puerto de Santiago

 

On December 3, the XI edition of the Tapas & Wines event "A Cliff of Flavours" will be held in the public square of Puerto de Santiago, which will culminate in the afternoon-night with the traditional Tapas and Wines that in this edition will have the participation of a total of 12 restaurants and 8 wineries.

 

However, throughout the day of Saturday prior to this celebration, a Gastronomic Conference "A Cuatro Manos" will take place in which the chefs of the local brand SDT Gastro Lovers will participate and will be accompanied by 3 special guests.

 

Samuel Morales, from the Pejeverde de Los Gigantes Restaurant, Braulio Simancas from the Silbo Gomero Restaurant and Guangzu Chen from the Flor del Drago Restaurant will participate in the "Sea and Land Kitchen" workshop that will begin at 11.00 in the morning. For their part, Fran Rodríguez, of the Pancho Restaurant, and Lázaro Rodríguez, executive chef of the Gran Costa Adeje GF Hotel, will hold the workshop called "Tradition and Avant-garde" that will be held from 12:00. Next, we will have chef Lucas Maes, from the Aqua de Los Gigantes Restaurant and Ronny Reina from La Quinta Restaurante who will participate with the "Technique and Flavour" workshop from 1:00 p.m.

 

In the afternoon, from 5:00 p.m., the Iberian Ham Cutting workshop will take place, taught by Master Cutter Fran Alonso and a Wine Tasting with SDT Gastro Lovers, which will be taught by Sommelier Mario Rodríguez.

The days will end with the celebration from 7:00 p.m. with the traditional "Tapas y Vinos" that will have free admission.
