The Santiago del Teide City Council completes the stabilisation process of 76 public employees
The local council thus complies with the Law of urgent measures for the reduction of temporary employment in public employment
The City Council of the Historic Village of Santiago del Teide has successfully completed the stabilisation process of its staff through which 76 public employees have obtained a fixed place in the consistory after passing the relevant selective tests, thus complying with the Law of urgent measures for the reduction of temporary employment in public employment.
This morning, Friday, January 17, Mayor Emilio Navarro together with the Councillor for Human Resources, Gesabel Dorta and different members of the government group, presided over the event with the presence of public employees linked to the stabilisation process.
Previously, the 76 municipal employees have signed the labour contracts and taken possession, for access to a stable job in the local administration.
Emilio Navarro has pointed out that "this stabilisation process demonstrates the commitment of our government team to all the workers who are part of our staff while guaranteeing the occupational safety of its employees and consolidating a highly qualified human team to provide the best services to citizens."
