Work begins to repair the changing rooms of the soccer field of Puerto de Santiago

Mayor Emilio Navarro accompanied by Sports Councillor Juan Carlos González recently signed the rethinking act that will begin the repair works of the changing rooms of the soccer field of Puerto de Santiago that have been awarded to the company JHL Construcciones Canarias with an execution period of 3 months and an award budget of 54,323.12 € including IGIC.
This project contemplates the chopping of horizontal coatings, vaults and joists of the existing slab. Once the demolition work has been carried out, the joists will be repaired by applying a passivating product of the armour and a structural repair mortar. Subsequently, a continuous false ceiling of laminated plasterboard will be installed in most rooms.
Finally, it is planned to place a self-protected bituminous waterproofing in the non-passable roof part. In addition, the rear wall of the building is uncoated, so it is proposed to execute a plaster on it to then be painted.
