The City Council of Santiago del Teide has awarded the company CITANIA OBRAS Y SERVICIOS SLU the execution of the construction works of the Grama Cultural Center of Santiago del Teide, which will have a term of action of 15 months.

It is a work that will have a basic tender budget, including IGIC, of ​​€1,700,196.84, of which the Council's Ministry of Culture contributes 90% through a direct grant while the remaining 10% is a municipal contribution.

The current cultural center has facilities that, in addition to being insufficient, have become obsolete, requiring renovation and adaptation to the needs of a population that demands not only new spaces and facilities, but also a degree of modernity and timeliness. That is why, for the execution of the proposed reform and expansion, the construction of a new building, object of this project, is proposed, occupying both the space of the current cultural center and the rear garden.

The future performance will be distributed as follows:

The ground floor:

*Access: lobby / atrium.

*Act Hall (room, stage, warehouse).

*Access to stage and dressing room.

Upstairs:

*Radio transmitter.

*Library.

*Multipurpose room (computer room).

*Toilets: female and male, both adapted.

* Rest space connected to the terrace.

On the ground floor:

*Multipurpose rooms (one of them soundproofed).

* General toilets: feminine, masculine and adapted.

* Dressing room (with separate entrance).

*Office.

*Installation room under stairs.
