The aid application period will be open until April 19 and the amount of the subsidy that each beneficiary will receive will be up to a maximum of €2,750

The Santiago del Teide City Council announces that the deadline to request aid for the primary sector of the municipality will be open until April 19, which is intended to be an effective instrument both to increase and promote the development of activities in the sector and to support the activity. already existing, providing and favoring optimal functioning for its growth and continuity.

For this purpose, the city council has allocated a budget item of €60,000, which is the amount that each beneficiary of a minimum of €500.00 and a maximum of €2,750.00.

Natural or legal persons who carry out activity in the primary sector and accredit the following general requirements may attend this call:

- Be registered in the Municipal Register of Inhabitants of the municipality of Santiago del Teide at least SIX MONTHS before the publication of these rules and carry out the activity in this municipality.

- Have the registered office of the Entity in the municipality of Santiago del Teide (entity with legal personality).

- The beneficiaries must be up to date with their tax obligations, with Social Security, State and Autonomous Public Treasury and Municipal Treasury and not be involved in any of the cases provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of 17 of November, General Subsidies, for which purpose they will provide a responsible Declaration.

- Be registered with the Economic Activities Tax (IAE) and the respective special Social Security regimes.

- Have justified the financial aid previously received by the City Council of the Historical Village of Santiago del Teide.

Investments aimed at improving the development of the activity based on the improvement of its operation through the use of renewable energy (non-inventory assets), all those investments that promote sustainability, energy efficiency and that involve the progress and growth of the activity, such as the installation of water and energy saving systems (not inventoried), ecological practices in each of the sectors, occupational risk prevention expenses, computer equipment (not inventoried) and a host of expenses that are within the regulatory bases of this aid.
