The mayor presents the programming of the Crux24 event
From April 29 to May 4 in Tamaimo there will be an exhibition of decorated crosses, contest of decorated crosses on facades, tapa route, workshops, among other events
Mayor Emilio Navarro presented this Monday, April 22 in the Central Courtyard of the City Hall the programming of activities included within the Crux24 event that takes place in Tamaimo around the celebration of the Day of the Cross from April 29 to May 4.
The mayor was accompanied by the Councillor for Culture David Quintero who described all the activities of this edition as well as by the Councillor for Commerce, Germán Jiménez who spoke about the tapa route in which 6 catering establishments in the town of Tamaimo will participate.
The mayor pointed out that "this event in which different areas of the town hall participate transversally has had great reception among neighbours in previous years, above all, with events such as the exhibition of decorated crosses, the contest of crosses decorated on facades and, mainly, the CruxArte Tamaimo act, a route that runs through the squares where the ephemeral exhibition of crosses and compositions of island artists takes place."
